Terms and Conditions

Diamond Shine Pro provides mobile automotive detailing and ceramic coating services at the customer's designated location. All services are subject to vehicle condition, site suitability, and weather at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or decline any service at any time without liability.

You must be 18 or older and either the registered vehicle owner or have express authorization from the owner to book and authorize services.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars. A deposit or full payment may be required at booking. All fees are final upon booking confirmation.

All sales are final. Diamond Shine Pro does not issue refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind once a booking is confirmed or a service is performed, regardless of the circumstances.

A minimum of 8 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit any deposit or payment made.

• All services are performed on the vehicle as-is at the time of service.
• Any pre-existing damage, paint defects, weak clear coat, prior repairs, rust, staining, faulty seals, or undisclosed modifications remain the full responsibility of the customer.
• Diamond Shine Pro is not liable for any condition that existed on the vehicle prior to, or that becomes apparent during or after, the performance of services.
• The customer is responsible for disclosing all known vehicle conditions before service begins. Failure to disclose is the customer's liability.
• The customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. Diamond Shine Pro accepts no responsibility for any items left in the vehicle.

Diamond Shine Pro's liability is limited in all cases to the amount paid for the specific service performed. Diamond Shine Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind. The customer assumes full responsibility for their vehicle and its contents throughout the duration of service.

Results vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, age, and environmental factors. Diamond Shine Pro makes no guarantee of any specific result, appearance, or duration of protection.

By booking, you grant Diamond Shine Pro irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide permission to photograph and video your vehicle and use that content for any marketing or promotional purpose across any platform, without further consent or compensation.

Video reviews requested after service are voluntary. If provided, the same permission applies. Notify us in writing before service if you do not consent to photography.

Diamond Shine Pro reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person, at any time, for any reason, without explanation or liability.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version on our website governs all bookings made after its posting.
